FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

My loss was years ago - can I join?

Yes. Grief has no timeline.

Do I need to be a “writer”?

No. This is about love, not grammar.

Will I have to share my letter?

Never required. Listening is welcome.

Can miscarriages, neonatal and perinatal dads join?

Yes. It's all inclusive

Will this make me feel worse?

Many dads worry that writing or talking about their loss will reopen wounds. What we've found is the opposite: dads often feel lighter after a session, even when the session itself was emotional. You're not creating new pain, you're giving the pain you already carry a place to go.

Is this therapy?

No - peer-based reflection for dads.

Are sessions recorded?

Yes, replay for your group only, not public.

Is there a fee?

Yes. The Letter Writing Journey runs as a private space for $400 - which includes a lifetime membership to Stilldad Circle Community
