I started StillDad after learning, up close, how invisible a dad’s grief can feel. I couldn’t find a quiet, dad-first space that let me honour my child and still show up for my partner. So, I built one: a private, writing-led journey where you don’t have to choose between supporter or griever.
Today I guide small groups of dads through a gentle 5-step Letter Journey. Simple prompts, calm pacing, no pressure to talk. It’s practical and steady tools to help you find words for your grief, keep the bond with your baby, and share more safely at home.
If the distance at home has been growing, you’re not alone. Grief can pull couples apart; it doesn’t have to. Start the Letter Journey, just a quiet place to write, breathe, and remember.
Lived experience: I’m a bereaved dad who built the thing I needed but couldn’t find.
Built for men: Simple prompts, calm pacing, writing first, talking optional.
The path: The Letter Journey walks you from shock → reflection → connection → direction.
