About Us

About Our Mission

Our mission is to help grieving dads carry their loss while staying present for their families.

Who We Are

StillDad was created for fathers who carry a grief the world rarely sees. When a baby is born sleeping, dads are often left in silence - expected to be strong, invisible in their own pain. We know that grief doesn’t end, and we believe no dad should have to carry it alone.

We are a safe and private space where grieving dads can connect with others who truly understand. Through weekly online check-ins, a growing library of resources, and supportive conversations, we help dads feel acknowledged, validated, and less alone in their journey.

We’re not here to give quick fixes or to tell you how to grieve. We’re here to walk beside you - offering belonging, strength, and hope as you learn how to carry your loss while still being present for your partner and family.

Who We Are

We’re a life coaching practice rooted in the belief that real change begins with clarity, self-awareness, and support. Our mission is to help individuals move beyond doubt, overwhelm, and uncertainty — and into lives that feel purposeful, confident, and aligned.

Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, seeking deeper fulfillment, or simply ready to reconnect with yourself, our coaching process is designed to meet you where you are. Through honest conversations, proven tools, and compassionate guidance, we help you uncover your goals, shift your mindset, and take meaningful action.

We’re not here to tell you who to be — we’re here to walk beside you as you become the version of yourself you’ve always known was possible.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to share my story in the group?

No. You can listen quietly until you feel ready. Just being present is enough.

What if my grief feels too heavy for others?

You’re not a burden. Every dad here carries loss, and your feelings are welcome.

Can I join if my loss happened years ago?

Yes. Grief doesn’t have an expiry date. Whether recent or long ago, you’re not alone

I’m supposed to be strong for my partner - does it make me weak to join?

Not at all. Strength is sharing the weight, not carrying it alone.

What if I don’t know how to talk about what happened?

That’s okay. Many dads struggle with words. You can listen first and find your voice slowly.

Is this just for dads, or are mothers involved too?

This space is just for dads. It’s a place where you don’t have to hold back or perform strength.

Will this take away from the support I need as his partner?

No. When dads are supported, they show up with more clarity and presence for their families.

My husband doesn’t open up - how will this help?

He doesn’t have to open up right away. Even listening to other dads can make him feel less alone.

Is there a cost to join the weekly check-ins?

Yes. The live weekly check-ins are $24.99/month. This small fee helps us keep the space private, safe, and running just for dads.

What if I try it and it doesn’t feel right for me?

You can cancel anytime. There’s no long-term commitment, you’re welcome to stay for as long as it helps.

Your love is real, and so is your grief
